We advise for only trained beauty therapists to purchase our professional products and equipment, we do not hold responsibility for any potential damage any person or equipment if you are purchasing the product un trained.
All customers rights and confidentiality remain. We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the details of your order are secure, but unless we are negligent we will not be liable for any unauthorized access to information supplied by you.
You can return new/unopened purchases with full refund with in 30 days.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, In many cases you will receive a refund before then. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense.
Please ensure you include a returns form detailing your order, name and address.
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us on our telephone number on our contact us of the website.
If goods are damaged or faulty photo or video proof will be requested.
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Courses can be paid by up front payment or half deposit with the other half having to be paid a week before training date. We do not offer refunds if you cancel or do not turn up for training unless for medical reasons. If you cannot make a training event please let us know and we will try and change it to a different course date.

The General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU. The GDPR aims primarily to give control to citizens and residents over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU. How will Essential comply with the GDPR regulations? On clients first visit we will give you two forms. The first form will be your consultation form for treatment and a second to explain the clients data protection inline with GDPR. On this form it will explain where we hold your data, how long the data is held for, opt in or out to use your contct information for marketing purposes relating to Essential, opt in or out of having before and after pictures taken then potentially used on marketing material such as websites, social media, brochures ect, it will state who sees your information and that we hold information soley for treatment and consultation reasons, we will also make you aware of your personal data rights.
